REGULAR MACRO DAY + LEG DAY


Happy SATURDAY!

It's leg day AND treat day! Enjoy something delicious today, knowing that it won’t throw you off track and you can’t fall off the wagon by eating it. Don’t you love a lifestyle that allows for real living?! I DO!

⁣I know that weekends often get busy with family plans or travel. Try your very best to squeeze it in where you can - and if you can't do your leg day today -- it can be completed on an alternate Regular Macro Day.⁣

Have you been participating in the workouts during your 6 weeks? You may have been focusing solely on nutrition so far and that is perfectly fine. Getting your nutrition down is the most important because we know that you can't out-exercise a bad diet; however, as you grow, I want you to challenge yourself in terms of adding in workouts. It doesn't have to be all or nothing.

SMALL STEPS + TIME = BIG RESULTS

Let’s revisit the importance of leg day. Participating in leg day is important for numerous reasons. Our lower body is our powerhouse! It contains our largest muscles and when we work our legs and booty, our body continues to burn calories long after our workout is over. For this reason, we typically have our weekly treat of choice on leg day!⁣

Hopefully by now, you see that we are always striving for progress over perfection - and it is consistency that matters over the course of the long term.
