Take some time today to reflect on where you were when you started and how much progress you have made in this phase of your wellness journey! Have you experienced physical changes? Is your mindset different and/or stronger? Remember that every single small win counts!
Today is an active recovery day!
Walking the dog, gardening, yoga, and even carrying groceries into the house are ALL great examples of active recovery day movements! These daily activities also come with major health benefits such as calorie burning and fat loss while promoting a healthy heart and healthy joints! Making small changes to increase daily non-exercise activity can make a BIG difference in fat loss results.
BEFORE & AFTERS:
I am so excited for those of you who are making the transition into our VIP Membership! As we prepare, I encourage you to take measurements and photos again to compare with your previous measurements and photos. Remember, we aren't focused on the scale. I am more concerned with your other non-scale victories.
