By now, you have all learned how to track for them - OR - how to save your macros up for them! I thought it would be fun to include some "skinny" cocktail recipes in today's post!
Many of you are in the same boat as me and feel so much better when you do not drink during the week - and stick to you alcohol on the weekends. I feel less bloated, less fuzzy, more mental clarity...
BUT, with that said... sometimes you need a week night glass of wine - I totally get it!
