Today's workout is HIIT from the app! Or your own version of HIIT - just get your heart rate up!!
I love a second low carb day !! Remember, incorporating two low carb days in a row lets our bodies better access stored body fat. Not to mention, healthy fats are key for hormone health. Please ensure that you’re adding ample healthy fats to your diet today.

Avocados
Salmon
Nut butter
Olive/coconut oil

Any nuts - mostly cashews!
Full fat salad dressings
Pesto - did you know pesto is LOADED in healthy fats?
The foods are rich with nutrients, satisfying, and delicious - and help to prevent the "keto flu" which I hope most of you are getting over... however, it's totally normal to still have it on low carb days!
