Happy Monday!
Anyone feeling a little sluggish after the weekend?! I want y'all to get in a great HIIT workout today - stay really really tight to your low carbs! You will feel so much better in NO TIME. Nothing better than low carbs + HIIT to get our week off to an awesome start!.
