SMALL WINS = BIG WINS!
Hey y'all!
It is WEDNESDAY... who is ready for a carb?!? What are you breaking your fast with today? Lately I am addicted to a simple english muffin + peanut butter + banana + honey. Loaded up with carbs! Could add a side of greek yogurt with vital proteins for extra protein.
What are you loving on Wednesdays to break your fast?
PRO TIP: If you are having trouble getting your carbs in - split them up throughout the day at each meal. That will help you so much.
Let’s talk about something really important to me; RECOGNIZING SMALL, DAILY CHANGES TO PRODUCE BIG RESULTS!
Isn't it a sigh of relief when you realize that our motto - progress over perfection - really is the best way? We celebrate daily wins and small victories along the way. Are you making it through the entire workout? Did you keep your net carbs under 50 grams (100g net for men) on your low carb days? Whatever it is and regardless of its size, it’s important to recognize and celebrate it! Small wins will be the wins that keep you going because they’re frequent, consistent and attainable. If you commit to keep pushing forward, the small wins add up and eventually produce a big win! I PROMISE.
NO ONE sees big changes without doing the small daily, CONSISTENT changes they need to make each day. You have to take it day by day when it comes to your health. Don't get so bogged down in the big picture results that you forget about the daily things you need to be doing to get those results. Make sense?
