HAPPY TUESDAY! ANOTHER LOW CARB DAY, FRIENDS!
Low carb days are key for optimal fat burning. By incorporating low carb days back to back to start off the week, you’re on your way to being a pro fat burner.
You did a great job getting in that workout and uploading your macros yesterday. Let’s bring that effort again today. Remember - today is another HIIT workout let's continue to deplete those glycogen stores today!
Sprints are an easy way to change things up and great in a great little HIIT workout where ever you are. Try doing them for 20 minutes - 40 seconds of active recovery and 20 seconds of all out sprints.

If you haven't participated in our HIIT workouts yet, I encourage you to try one today. Pairing a HIIT workout with a low carb day helps us burn through our glycogen at a faster rate, which means we can tap into fat burning!
Speaking of, today we are going to talk about why less is actually more when it comes to working out. We've been lied to, friends!
