WEEK 4: DAY 1 · MONDAY 

LOW CARB + HIIT


Happy Monday! It’s a new week for new goals! Let’s get motivated for a great week - one of the things I like to do with my VIP FASTer Way crew is setting "non-negotiables" each week.

They can be anything. Health, fitness, family, life, etc. So let's try setting 3 non-negotiables this week!

I will go first- mine are:

  1. 5 workouts + 1 active recovery day + 1 full rest day

  2. Sticking with whole food nutrition

  3. Being present with my kids. Setting a no phone zone in the afternoon. No distraction. Just playing with them and enjoying my family!

Having a great week starts with a positive mindset. One of the best ways to stay encouraged is to focus on the progress you’ve made so far - and use that as motivation.

Remember, in the FASTer Way, we focus on progress, not perfection! We celebrate daily wins and small victories. Are you making it through the entire workout? Did you focus on mostly whole food nutrition? Nail both of your low carb days? Whatever it may be, recognize and celebrate it!

𝐂𝐨𝐦𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐮𝐩 𝐭𝐡𝐢𝐬 𝐰𝐞𝐞𝐤: We have a big week ahead. You have learned so much the last four weeks and you now have all of the basic strategies in your toolbox. With that, we do strategically implement some other strategies into the lifestyle that help heal our bodies and accelerate our results. 𝐓𝐡𝐢𝐬 𝐰𝐞𝐞𝐤, 𝐰𝐞 𝐚𝐫𝐞 𝐠𝐨𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐭𝐨 𝐩𝐚𝐫𝐭𝐢𝐜𝐢𝐩𝐚𝐭𝐞 𝐢𝐧  𝐚 𝟐𝟒-𝐡𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐟𝐚𝐬𝐭 𝐨𝐧 𝐓𝐡𝐮𝐫𝐬𝐝𝐚𝐲. No worries - I am going to teach you everything you need to know and give you all the tips and tricks! As with everything else, I am going to teach you the HOW and the WHY so just trust the process!

LOW CARB DAY RULES

  • Try hard today to stick to your low carb days, especially important if you had a very indulgent weekend!!

  • For my women - we are focused on eating under 50 NET carbs

  • For my women who are pregnant or breastfeeding - we are focused on eating under 100 NET carb

  • For my men - we are focused on eating under 100 net carbs!!
