OPTIONAL LOW MACRO DAY + PREPARE FOR THE WEEK AHEAD


Hey friends!

Hope everyone had a beautiful weekend. If you got “off track” yesterday or maybe stayed out a little too late last night - it is OK! Do not stress. BUT... let’s get back on the wagon TODAY! I want you to take time today to prepare for the week ahead. Do what you need to do to set yourself up for a successful week (see picture for some of my top tips!)- and know I am here to help you.

Can you believe that we are wrapping up our fourth week of FWTFL? Four weeks into what will hopefully now be your forever lifestyle! I hope you realize by now that this isn't a temporary, get thin quick diet. It's a lifestyle, but it's a lifestyle that offers grace upon grace. Not only that, but it gives you your health back and that’s invaluable! 𝐓𝐫𝐮𝐥𝐲 𝐥𝐢𝐯𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐭𝐡𝐢𝐬 𝐥𝐢𝐟𝐞𝐬𝐭𝐲𝐥𝐞 𝐛𝐮𝐢𝐥𝐝𝐬 𝐚 𝐡𝐞𝐚𝐥𝐭𝐡𝐢𝐞𝐫 𝐛𝐨𝐝𝐲 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐦𝐢𝐧𝐝. 𝐘𝐨𝐮 𝐬𝐡𝐨𝐮𝐥𝐝 𝐧𝐞𝐯𝐞𝐫 𝐰𝐚𝐧𝐭 𝐭𝐡𝐢𝐬 𝐭𝐨 𝐞𝐧𝐝! If you've committed consistently throughout these last four weeks, hopefully you're seeing changes to your overall body composition as you build lean, calorie-burning muscle. It's not a sprint but by now, you are likely noticing some changes, both physical and mental. The amazing thing is that you're likely seeing changes even if you haven't been perfect! Remember, it's all about consistent progress - not perfection!

Here are some that I personally think look delicious - remember, do not underestimate doubling your recipes to have extras for lunch, etc throughout the week. I do that all the time. If cooking is out of the cards for you this week, that's okay TOO! You can absolutely make the FASTer Way lifestyle work for you in the midst of a wild week
