REGULAR MACRO DAY + LEG DAY


Happy Weekend!

⁣I hope all of you are having a great start to your Saturday and are planning to get in our Leg Day workout (or a workout of your choice). I really love leg day because it works the biggest muscle group in our bodies.

My hope is that you all intend on enjoying a guilt-free treat of choice today. We don’t believe that you should ever have to exercise for food, but we do strategically pair our treat day with our leg day workout! Because your lower body has the largest muscles in the body, you will continue to burn calories long after a leg day workout is over; hence, why we treat ourselves on leg day!

Remember one of my little tricks to guaranteeing a weekend workout: do it early. Have your coffee and get it done first thing this morning - that way you have the rest of your day to enjoy!

⁣TREAT DAY!

Most diets don’t work long-term because they’re overly restrictive and don't teach people HOW to incorporate occasional treats. Realistically, most people aren’t going to go the rest of their lives without another treat … and we don’t think anyone should.

Which is why on Saturdays, we enjoy a treat after our leg day workout (hello, donuts!!). Remember friend, there is NO guilt when you live the FASTer Way lifestyle. We believe in a SUSTAINABLE lifestyle that teaches you how to have an occasional treat without sabotaging your goals. If you eat a meal that doesn’t follow your nutritional plan, refocus, readjust, and get back on track for the next meal! One of my gain goals as your coach - is to help you find FOOD FREEDOM!!

But how?? After you get in an amazing workout this morning - go have a fun brunch filled with all your yummy favorites! Go have a couple of glasses of wine. Want a beer + cheeseburger and fries - awesome - get you one!! Life is too short.
