Getting ready for a great week!
CONGRATULATIONS!! You’ve made it through your first PREP week of the FASTer Way to Fat Loss. You’ve already learned a lot, and you’ll learn more in the coming weeks. Remember - we are taking it one step at a time to ensure you have all the tools you need to build a strong foundation for a healthy lifestyle.
Habits don’t change overnight and I’m here to support you through a healthy lifestyle transition that will help you for the rest of your life!
ON SUNDAY’S IN THE FASTER WAY, WE REST.
It’s the perfect day to relax, recharge, and prepare for the week ahead. You can go for a walk, do yoga, anything that feels good to your body - or take a total rest day off Did you know it’s important to take time off from heavy exercise to see BETTER results?

WHAT QUESTIONS DO YOU HAVE GOING INTO THIS WEEK?
We will begin carb cycling. REMEMBER, PROGRESS OVER PERFECTION! You may not get it perfect tomorrow. It will take time and just as I've explained with everything else, it's a learning curve. Embrace the learning curve!
After our first week together I want to see you:
Practicing intermittent fasting most days, if not every day of the week
Focusing on whole foods first, 85% of the time - (also, try reducing gluten and dairy in your eating pattern)
PREPARE FOR YOUR FIRST LOW CARB DAY TOMORROW! Plug your food into your app today to prepare (look at the macro cheat sheet attached here) It is always best to pre-track your foods, especially when we implement a new strategy. Low carb days are a new concept to all of you so play around with tracking different foods before you ever eat. This always works best!
Trying out the FASTer Way workouts (or continuing your own workouts you love - and incorporating some of ours, too!)
ACCOUNTABILITY IS KEY
As you know, accountability is one of the keys to your success in the FASTer Way program—that’s why we our community aspect is so powerful. But your support doesn’t have to end here.
I want you to tell one other person you are doing FASTer Way. Pick an accountability buddy. Someone who wants to see you succeed. Don’t be shy about sharing your goals and your plan with friends and family so your support system can be there for you at every step.
