Practice Regular Macro Day + Leg Day
As you are beginning to start practicing with tracking your macros over the weekend - feel free to screenshot and post your "today" tab on our daily thread.
Do the best you can this weekend. Try to stick to whole foods as much as possible - and leave room for treats, too. One of my main goals for you as we go through this 6 weeks is to get you out of the weekend eat-a-thon/binge all week cycle. You know the cycle where we eat like a bird all week and then eat everything in sight on the weekends?
The weekends are 40% of your week.
Keep that in mind. If you are fueling your body properly and well all week - you will have no need to get to the weekends and binge Trust me on this. It’s a mindset shift that can time some time to master - but we will be pros of it no time.

𝐒𝐭𝐫𝐞𝐧𝐠𝐭𝐡 𝐭𝐫𝐚𝐢𝐧𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐢𝐬 𝐚 𝐯𝐢𝐭𝐚𝐥 𝐜𝐨𝐦𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐨𝐟 𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐮𝐧𝐢𝐪𝐮𝐞 𝐞𝐱𝐞𝐫𝐜𝐢𝐬𝐞 𝐜𝐲𝐜𝐥𝐞. It builds muscle to increase strength, but it also improves your metabolism—which is key to burning fat more efficiently! On strength training days, we follow a regular macro eating cycle (that means CARBS!!) to fuel our bodies and build muscle.

If you are injured/ postpartum and not cleared/ unable to workout - PLEASE KNOW you will still see incredible results with the nutrition aspect!
I want to take a second to talk to those of you who are perfectly capable of working out but "don't have time" or "don't like to" ....I hear you. I was you. I thought if I was not slaving hours at the gym or doing 2 classes back to back it wasn't going to work... WRONG. I am here to tell you that I believe in working out SO MUCH! Not to be skinny.... not to look like a body builder... not to be a triathlete...but I FULLY believe when you make time to move your body you will have SUCH A BETTER OUTLOOK on life!
You will feel strong, confident and have a lot of mental clarity. You will have energy, less anxiety, more patience. I am a BIG. BIG. BIG advocate of it!
I know your busy, everyone is busy. Make time for the things you want to make time for. Start with 2 days a week... move to 3 days... then 4.... then 5. Go slow. Ease into it. If your kids are crawling allll over you - get it done anyways. Go for a walk on your lunch break.
CHOOSE TO MOVE. YOU WILL NEVER REGRET IT!
